How Our Rental Process Works
It’s important to review a rental company’s specific process before committing to a furniture rental. To help with that, we’ve put together an overview of our process.
Our Furniture Rental Process
The steps to rent furniture from Corporate Rentals are the same, no matter which one of our packages you’re interested in. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Checkout and Order Confirmation
Once you’ve decided on one of our rental furniture collections, you can check out online. We’ll ask for payment details, a delivery address, and anticipated rental dates.
Our system will automatically process the request and send you an email with an order summary as soon as you complete the checkout process. We will then review your order to ensure all items are available for your requested rental period.
2. Scheduling and Predelivery Coordination
Our Customer Services team will contact you to schedule a delivery date. During this conversation, we’ll review any special considerations, such as obtaining building access, your preferred room layout, and whether your building has elevators.
3. Item Preparation
With the delivery details confirmed, we’ll begin preparing your order. This includes:
- A quality inspection
- Cleaning and professional refurbishing
- Packaging to prevent damage in transit
- Staging the items for loading based on your delivery date
4. Delivery and Setup
The next phase in our furniture rental process is delivery. We will arrive within the agreed-upon window, and all of our trucks are equipped with cameras and GPS for smoother transport.
When we arrive at your property, we will handle all of the unloading, unpacking, and installation for you. We won’t leave until you are satisfied with our work, either by signing off in person or confirming photos of the finished setup. Once you’re happy, our team will clean up, remove any packing materials, and leave you to enjoy your new furnishings.
5. Rental Period
We pride ourselves on attentive service and will be available throughout the rental period. You can contact us at any time if issues such as damage, malfunctions, or the need to replace items arise, and we will be happy to assist you.
If you have agreed to a long-term rental furniture agreement, you can request extensions or upgrades at any time.
6. Pickup and Return
We recommend contacting us at least 30 days prior to the end of your rental period to schedule a pickup date. On that day, we will:
- Disassemble and remove all rented furniture
- Perform a quick condition check
- Transport items back to our warehouse
7. Post-Return Inspection
Once all the items are returned, we will inspect them for damage and determine their cleaning needs. You can refer to our guides to keep your rental furniture clean, and you can rest knowing we cover normal use. We’ll notify you and provide a transparent report if we find any more extensive damage.
8. Post-Return Inspection
After this inspection, the furniture rental process is complete. We will adjust invoices as necessary and return any refundable deposits.

We understand that accidents happen. Our optional protection plan covers most common incidents, giving you peace of mind while you focus on your studies. Without the protection plan, you would be responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
